Asparagus and Potato Pizza

Preparation:     10 minutes

Cooking:   20 minutes

Serves 4

2 medium pizza bases

Topping

2  Royal Blue potatoes, thinly sliced

200g mozzarella cheese

2 bunches asparagus, trimmed

4 slices ham, chopped

Sprigs lemon thyme

Shaved Parmesan cheese

Place pizza bases on oiled pizza trays. Cover top of pizzas with potato, then dot  with pieces of mozzarella.

Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until potato is cooked.

Meanwhile steam or microwave whole asparagus spears until tender crisp.

Top pizzas with ham, asparagus, thyme and shaved Parmesan.

Serve hot.
