Grape and Seafood Salad

24 king prawns,
cooked
200g
gourmet lettuce mix
1 cup
seedless grapes
1
avocado, sliced
1
tblspn seeded mustard
1/3
cup natural yoghurt
1/3
cup mayonnaise
Combine
prawns, lettuce, grapes and avocado together in a bowl. Separately,
combine mustard, yoghurt
and mayonnaise. Add dressing to the prawn mixture
and fold together gently
just before serving.
