Grilled Chilli Lime Chicken Wings
Preparation: 5 minutes +
Cooking: 30 minutes
1 ½ cups white wine
¼ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
2 tblspn sugar
¼ cup lime juice
24 chicken wings
Fresh lime halves, to serve
Freshly chopped coriander, to serve
Combine all ingredients except chicken wings, lime halves and coriander, in a
shallow dish. Mix well. Add chicken wings. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Remove
chicken wings from marinade. Cook under a hot grill until golden brown and
cooked through. Serve on a platter with lime halves, sprinkled with coriander.
Accompany with rice and stir-fry vegetables.
