Luscious Mango and Orange Wake-Me -Up

this is a great way to use up over ripe mangoes. You can also freeze enough

several drinks.

Preparation: 3 minutes, plus

Cooking:

Serves: 4

2 small mangoes

2/3 cup plain yoghurt

pinch cinnamon

2 tblspn honey

4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice

The night before, peel and roughly chop the mango and spread it out on a baking

paper-lined baking tray, cover, freeze.

To serve, combine the frozen mango in a blender with the yoghurt, orange juice,

cinnamon and honey, blend until smooth.
