Thyme- Scented Field Mushrooms

Preparation: 30 minutes

Cooking: 5 minutes

Serves: 4

4 large field mushrooms, sliced

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 tblspn fresh thyme, plus extra to serve

Cracked black pepper to taste


Combine sliced field mushrooms with garlic and white wine. Refrigerate for 30

minutes. Add to a hot non-stick pan and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir through thyme. Add a good amount of cracked black pepper. Serve as a side dish with roasted meats.
