Our Director
Our founder and director Noelene Swain has a strong respect for rural communities and the importance of local food production having grown up on a farm in WA. Initially trained as a Home Economist, Noelene has over 25 years experience marketing fresh food. Her expertise in fresh produce marketing is highly regarded and saw her awarded the Australian United Fresh award for Outstanding Personal Contribution to the industry.
Her career evolved through food, education and tourism, FMCG wholesale and retailing prior to establishing Fresh Finesse to focus on her commitment to local producers and demand for local food – fresh and value added. She has lectured in communications and food marketing at University, and taught primary schoolers to cook meals to be proud of! She is well known as a regular fresh food advocate on local radio. Noelene loves to see new food brands flourish and is obsessed finding opportunities to help expand the growth of local food businesses.
Our Promotion Team
Our team of specialist food promoters are passionate about food, good health and supporting local producers. Whilst backgrounds and ages vary, many are students of nutrition and health promotion and bring youth, enthusiasm and a depth of food knowledge to share with potential consumers. They are highly skilled at engaging with people and adept at working in all settings to achieve the best possible results.
Before joining the promotion team, team members undergo an in-house training program to ensure premium presentation skills and thorough understanding of food safety regulations whilst working in retail and event programs. Background briefing sessions prior to working on a campaign ensures detailed product and company knowledge allowing the team to passionately represent brands on behalf of a client.
